How long does onboarding take?

We deploy and brand your instance for you. Most of the calendar time is collecting your unit data and branding assets, so the schedule depends mainly on how quickly those come together.

Can you import my existing spreadsheet or CRM data?

Yes, and we do it for you. Migrating your projects, units, and buyer records from spreadsheets or an existing CRM is part of onboarding — units can be loaded in bulk. There is no self-serve importer; our team handles the migration with you during setup.

Where is my data hosted?

Each developer runs on a dedicated, isolated instance on Google Cloud, deployed in the region that fits you — including EU regions. Your data is never pooled with other customers', and the setup is built to align with the GDPR.

Can I export everything if I leave?

Yes. Your deployment is a dedicated instance with its own database, and the data in it is yours. We provide a complete export of your projects, units, and buyer records on request.

Do presentation sites run on my own domain?

Yes. Each project gets its own branded presentation site that you can publish on your own domain, with the chat assistant and lead capture built in.

What does the AI do without my approval?

Nothing that changes your data. The AI drafts follow-ups and proposes pricing, descriptions, and campaign moves, but pricing, content, and campaigns never change without a human sign-off. You stay in control of every outbound action.
